Multi-instrumentalist Mel Watson (Fruit) returns to Bowen to
join new islander singer/songwriter, Yvonne McSkimming and
Mark James Fortin showcasing original music along with their
personal "behind the scene" stories filled with humour and
heart. If you enjoyed Bluebird North, you won't want to miss
this one. Humourously engaging, Yvonne McSkimming, founded
Just Singin' Round to help charities build capacity while
offering artists a venue in which to showcase their talents.
Ten years later and JSR is growing strong, regularly selling
out their monthly shows at the Vancouver Rowing Club. Cates
Chapel Doors 7:30pm; Show 8:00pm. Tickets $18 advance at
